Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Špajz Plus, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at info@spajz.si.

If you are on the free trial, you are not charged until the trial ends; cancel before then in Settings and you will not be billed. You can cancel your subscription anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
