Špajz is provided by Denis Prelog, an individual based in Slovenia ("we", "us"). When you use Špajz, you are contracting with Denis Prelog. By creating an account or continuing to use Špajz, you agree to these terms.

The service

Špajz helps you track groceries in your fridge, freezer and pantry, build shopping lists and get recipe ideas. The free plan includes inventory, shopping lists and simple built-in recipes. Špajz Plus is a paid monthly subscription that adds smart, AI-generated recipe suggestions based on your stock.

Your account

• You must be of legal age to enter a contract in your country, and provide accurate information.
• Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Špajz, including: using it unlawfully; fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; uploading malware, probing, scraping or otherwise interfering with the service's security; or trying to bypass usage limits or paid features.

AI recipe suggestions

• Recipe suggestions are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always check ingredients, quantities, allergens, food freshness and cooking safety yourself.
• Suggestions are not medical, nutritional or dietary advice.
• You are responsible for the product information you enter and how you use the suggestions. We may filter or refuse suggestions and remove content that breaks these terms.

Ownership

We own Špajz and its software, design, documentation and branding. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it. You keep ownership of the data you enter and allow us to store and process it only to provide the service.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Špajz Plus renews every month until cancelled. New accounts may get a 3-day free trial; if you don't cancel before it ends, the subscription starts automatically. You can cancel anytime in Settings and keep access until the end of the paid period. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Availability

We work to keep Špajz running well, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Špajz is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as spoiled food, lost data or lost profits), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. You can stop using Špajz at any time.
